You will identify customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, conduct inspections, and build lasting relationships to deliver exceptional service and long-term value. The role involves on-site visits to residences and businesses and requires a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of sales experience or training.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving history.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend to access tight spaces as needed.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control services to customers through leads, calls, and visits.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations and propose contracts.
• Respond to leads and generate additional service opportunities.
• Prepare job specifications and treatment instructions in compliance with laws and policy.
• Maintain the company vehicle and equipment per policy.
