Job summary

Rentokil North America seeks top sales professionals to join our pest control sales force. You will sell residential pest management services and deliver trusted service to protect homes.

Requirements include a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, strong communication, and 1–2 years pest control or sales experience. Travel up to 100% within the territory is required. Pay ranges are $20.00-$26.00 per hour, with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from your state.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests, pest harborage, pest entries, etc.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and engagement.
• Develop proposals for customers to resolve pest issues and propose enhancements.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and share for clarity.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations for quality delivery.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the CRM.
