Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking top sales professionals to sell pest control services to residential customers. You’ll be the face of our national brand in your local community and protect homes and families.

You’ll assess needs, present solutions and collaborate with teams to drive growth. Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, strong communication skills, and 1–2 years of pest tech or sales experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and assess needs.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and additional services.
• Complete sales CRM documentation and follow up on proposals.
• Provide knowledge to ensure successful service installations.
• Maintain daily activities and sales performance.
