Job summary

Terminix is seeking a dynamic Pest Control Consultant to sell our pest management services to residential customers. You will be the face of our national brand in your local community, assessing customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Travel up to 100% within assigned territory, with a driving focus on expanding revenue and maintaining exceptional customer service. The role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, with On-Target Earnings of $65,000+ in the first year

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and develop proposals.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to ensure clear understanding of customer home.
