Job summary

You will schedule meetings, present tailored proposals, close sales, and maintain precise client records while collaborating with the operations team to ensure service delivery and adherence to sales processes.

Qualifications

• Pest control and IPM knowledge required.
• Strong communication for customer-facing sales.
• Knowledge of PEST factors as they relate to market conditions.
• Familiarity with Lawn Care for cross-selling.
• Experience in field sales/door-to-door is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Cincinnati, OH with reliable local travel.
• Strong organization, self-motivation, and sales goal focus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; pest management or sales training is a plus.
