Standard Exterminating Company is seeking a motivated Pest Control Technician/Sales professional in Cincinnati, OH. The role combines field pest control duties with sales to grow a local book of business and build lasting customer relationships.

You will inspect, treat, and follow up with homes and businesses while documenting records and meeting safety standards. A valid license or ability to obtain one, a clean driving record, and strong communication are required.

Standard Exterminating Company is looking for a motivated Pest Control Technician/Sales professional to start our team in Cincinnati, OH! This is a dynamic dual role where you'll protect homes and businesses from pests while building lasting customer relationships and growing your book of business. Responsibilities:

• Perform residential and commercial pest control inspections, treatments, and follow-up services
• Identify and treat infestations including insects, rodents, and other common pests
• Present and sell pest control service plans to new and existing customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive renewals and referrals
• Accurately document service records, treatment logs, and customer information
• Apply pesticides and treatments safely in accordance with state regulations and safety standards
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and service performance goals

Requirements:

• Valid Ohio Pesticide Applicator License or ability to obtain one upon hire
• Prior pest control, extermination, or field service experience preferred
• Strong sales skills with a customer-first mindset
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently
