Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions, part of The Shield Co. Management, is seeking a Branch Sales Professional in Philadelphia to drive revenue by selling pest control solutions to homes and businesses.

You will identify customer needs, present tailored proposals, and build lasting relationships during onsite visits. The role involves conducting inspections, responding to leads, and proactively generating new service opportunities while maintaining a company vehicle and adhering to policy.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED completed.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control services and related offerings to customers via warm leads, cold calls, and on-site visits.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to pests and present proposals to obtain contracts.
• Respond to sales leads and proactively generate additional service opportunities within the branch/territory.
• Prepare job specifications and treating instructions in line with laws, regulations, and company policy.
