Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Branch Sales Professional to drive revenue by selling pest control solutions to residences and businesses in New Castle, DE. You will identify customer needs, present tailored proposals, conduct inspections, and build lasting relationships while adhering to company policies.

Compensation includes hourly base pay $20 with commission and potential total earnings between $60,000 and $90,000.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control services to customers through warm leads and onsite visits.
• Conduct inspections to identify pests and conditions conducive to infestations and present proposals.
• Respond to sales leads and generate additional pest control opportunities.
• Prepare job specifications and treating instructions per laws and policy.
• Operate and maintain a company vehicle per Vehicle Policy.
