Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is hiring a Branch Sales Professional to grow revenue by selling pest control solutions to homes and businesses. You will identify needs, present tailored proposals, and close contracts in a customer-focused role.

Applicants should have 6+ months of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel by car. The role offers a base hourly pay of $16.60 plus commissions, with typical annual earnings between $60,000 and $90,000 and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control services to residences and businesses through warm leads, cold calls, and onsite visits.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations and present proposals to obtain contracts.
• Respond to and pursue sales leads within the branch or territory; proactively generate new opportunities.
• Prepare job specifications and treating instructions compliant with laws, regulations, and policy.
• Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle and related equipment per policy.
