Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Branch Sales Professional to drive revenue by selling pest control solutions and related services through a customer-focused approach.

This role identifies customer needs, recommends tailored solutions and builds lasting relationships to deliver exceptional service and long-term value. It includes base pay with commission and a comprehensive benefits package, with weekly pay and opportunities to earn between $60,000 and $90,000.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl in tight spaces.
• State-required pest control training/licensing if applicable (provided).
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations to make proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and/or territory while proactively generating additional pest control and related service opportunities.
• Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy.
• Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, adhering to the Vehicle Policy.
