Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Delaware seeks a Branch Sales Professional to grow revenue by selling pest control solutions through a customer-first approach. You will identify needs, propose tailored services and build lasting client relationships.

You will conduct inspections, respond to leads, and present proposals for contracts while maintaining compliance with laws and company policy. The role includes driving a company vehicle and earning commissions on sales.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Posses a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations, or conditions conducive to infestations, of wood destroying organisms and/or insects or other vertebrate pests, to make proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and/or territory while proactively generating additional pest control and related service opportunities.
• Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy.
