Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks dynamic Pest Control Consultants to sell residential pest management services and products while delivering a customer-focused experience. You will assess customer needs, propose solutions, and collaborate with service teams to close opportunities.

You will build proposals, complete home diagrams, and follow up on leads to maximize revenue. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from your current state.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; prior sales experience or training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Identify revenue streams with current base and service specialist engagement.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and offer additional services.
• Complete home diagrams using CRM for clear understanding of customer homes.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales opportunities.
