Qualifications

• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities for residential clients.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to new and existing residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Enter and track customer data in Sales CRM; follow up on proposals.
• Provide expert knowledge during service installations to ensure quality.
