Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell residential pest management solutions and provide a customer-focused service experience.

You will assess homes, collaborate with service teams, and develop proposals to resolve pest issues while driving revenue. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, strong communication and sales skills, and willingness to travel up to 100% within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to residential customers based on assessment findings.
• Visually inspect homes for pests and pest harborage.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell enhancements.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure satisfaction.
• Update daily activities and sales performance using the Sales CRM.
