Job summary

The Shield Co. Management / EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Field Manager in Charlotte, NC to oversee Service Technicians delivering pest control services on daily routes, ensuring quality, safety, and exceptional customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year pest control experience with preferred management background, a valid driver's license with 3+ years driving, and a high school diploma or GED. Base pay ranges from $52,000 to $55,000 with full benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of pest control experience, management experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and hold a valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving history.

Responsibilities

• Build and train a team of Service Technicians in technical service delivery and customer experience.
• Manage and evaluate the performance of Service Technicians with coaching and regular meetings.
• Issue pest control products to technicians, conduct field audits, and provide feedback to the Service Manager.
• Monitor schedules and routes, run performance reports, and conduct truck inspections to ensure safety and equipment standards.
