Coventry City Council is recruiting for a Pest Control Officer to respond to requests for pest control treatments across domestic and commercial properties. The role also provides support for the dog enforcement section as needed.
You will service commercial pest management contracts, maintain up-to-date records of actions taken, and work with colleagues to deliver effective pest control services for residents and businesses in Coventry.

The service has a statutory duty to seize stray dogs from public areas and ensure the wellbeing of dogs in its care under the care act.

In this role, you will mainly be with responding to and dealing with requests for pest control treatments at both domestic & commercial properties the role will also be providing some support for the dog enforcement section.
This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
