Orkin is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Spokane to deliver top-tier service as part of a national pest management leader. You’ll field calls, schedule visits, and coordinate routes with empathy and accuracy to ensure best-in-class customer experiences.

You’ll join a team with strong growth potential, comprehensive benefits, and training. Prior customer service or sales experience is helpful, and no pest control experience is required to start.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications.
• Strong attention to detail and follow through.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments.
• Navigate Windows-based & Web-based systems to track routes and schedules.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and/or distance.
• Identify customer concerns and evaluate their needs.
• Maintain customer database with accurate information including calls, dispositions, payments and results.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance programs and initiatives.
• Safeguards customer privacy and proprietary information.
