Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is hiring a Branch Sales Professional in Colorado to drive revenue by selling pest control solutions to homes and businesses. You will identify customer needs, present tailored options, and convert inquiries into contracts while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires 6+ months in sales, a valid driver's license with 3+ years driving history, and the ability to perform physical tasks in tight spaces; the position offers weekly pay, benefits, and uncapped

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces like basements, attics, crawls space and other tight spaces.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations, or conditions conducive to infestations, of wood destroying organisms and/or insects or other vertebrate pests, to make proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and/or territory while proactively generating additional pest control and related service opportunities.
• Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy.
• Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, while adhering to the company Vehicle Policy.
