Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Seattle is seeking a Branch Sales Professional to drive revenue by selling pest control solutions and related services, focusing on customer needs and delivering long‑term value.

You will identify opportunities, conduct inspections when needed, present proposals, and close contracts while maintaining vehicles and complying with safety policies. This role offers uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces like basements, attics, crawl spaces.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional services and/or pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations, and present proposals to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and/or territory and proactively generate additional opportunities.
• Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with laws, regulations and company policy.
• Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle and adhere to the Vehicle Policy.
