Job summary

OPC Pest Services is seeking a self-motivated Pest Control Technician to start from home and service local neighborhoods in Illinois. You will conduct pest management for homes and businesses, build trust with customers, and manage your route with minimal supervision after training.

No pest control experience is required, but a valid driver's license and a willingness to work outdoors are essential. We offer training, a company vehicle, and uncapped commissions to reward initiative and growth.

Qualifications

No pest-control experience required.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Valid driver’s license maintained throughout employment.
Experience in home services is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform pest management services for residential and commercial customers.
Work with a team to install home encapsulation pest management solutions.
Inspect properties and recommend solutions.
Build strong customer relationships based on trust and professionalism.
Manage your route efficiently and independently.
Identify opportunities to better serve your customers.
Maintain service documentation and reports.
