Job summary

OPC Pest Services in Milwaukee is hiring Pest Control Technicians who start from home and service local residential and commercial customers. You’ll drive a company vehicle, manage your own route, and work independently with minimal supervision after training.

No pest control experience is required; we provide training, tools, and support to help you succeed. Earn at least $25 per hour during training, then uncapped commissions on completed services, with total earnings projected between $60,000

Qualifications

• No experience in pest control necessary
• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid driver's license must be maintained through life of employment
• Experience in home services industry is preferred but not required

Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.

Physical Demands / Working Environment

Candidates must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.

• Able to work in all types of weather conditions
