Job summary

Cape Fox Facilities Services in Washington, DC seeks a Junior Personnel Security Adjudicator to review and adjudicate trustworthiness for access to SCI and SAPs. You will analyze investigations, SEAD-4 data, and criminal histories, documenting outcomes and coordinating with agencies.

Required are TS clearance with SCI eligibility and a current CI polygraph, plus a bachelor’s degree or 7 years of related experience. Familiarity with SEAD-4 and ICD 704 is essential; travel 0‑10%.

Qualifications

• Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility and a current CI Polygraph is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in security adjudication or related duties.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or 7 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with SEAD-4 and ICD 704 and federal personnel security standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, validates, and certifies the trustworthiness of designated DoD‑affiliated personnel for access to SCI and SAPs.
• Conducts reviews of personnel security investigations per SEAD-4.
• Analyzes investigative reports, continuous evaluation data, and criminal histories.
• Identifies risks under SEAD-4 criteria and documents outcomes for review or appeal.
• Recommends further investigation and coordinates with investigative agencies and stakeholders.
• Creates and updates case files and databases and supports initial vetting, temporary eligibility, and due process.

Cape Fox Facilities Services is seeking Personnel Security Adjudicators for a Federal Agency in the National Capital Region.

The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at: $70,000- $80,000.

The above salary range represents the company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
