Fusion Academy is a fully accredited 1-to-1 private school for grades 5–12. We seek a Spanish teacher who will design creative lessons, shape schedules, and collaborate with colleagues. This role emphasizes personalized education for students academically, socially, and emotionally.

You’ll mentor students, foster social-emotional learning, and partner with families. Access to curriculum resources is provided, with opportunities to grow professionally in a dynamic campus community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to teach Spanish course, levels 1-5, curriculum and resources provided.
• Experience working with diverse learners including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, or mental health challenges.
• Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
• Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.
• Skilled with technology and open to learning new tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Growth mindset and flexibility to pivot and problem-solve.
• Florida residents require level 2 background screening.
