Job summary

Fusion Academy in Florida is seeking a dynamic Spanish Teacher to deliver personalized, one-on-one instruction for grades 5–12. You’ll design creative lessons, adapt assessments, mentor students, and collaborate with parents to support social-emotional development.

You’ll work in a student-centered environment with curriculum and resources provided, with emphasis on growth mindset, strong communication, and eagerness to innovate using technology. Florida background checks required for residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree(s) or a teaching credential is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to teach Spanish course, levels 1-5, following content standards — curriculum and resources provided.
• Experience working with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.
• Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
• Growing mindset with flexibility to pivot and problem-solve as needed.
