Job summary

Fusion Academy is a fully accredited 1-to-1 private school for grades 5–12, seeking a Spanish Teacher. You’ll shape schedules, design lessons, and collaborate with passionate colleagues in a student-centered environment. Content standards guide levels 1–5 with curriculum provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree(s) or a teaching credential is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to teach Spanish courses, levels 1–5, following content standards — curriculum and resources provided.
• Experience with learners including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.
• Mentoring experience and passion for social-emotional learning.

Responsibilities

• Teach in a personalized, one-on-one setting with each student.
• Adapt lessons and assessments to meet individual needs.
• Mentor students and support social-emotional growth.
• Collaborate with parents/guardians and campus colleagues.
• Keep accurate and organized student records.
