Job summary

Fusion Academy is a fully accredited private school offering 1-to-1 instruction for grades 5–12. We are seeking a Spanish Teacher to design engaging lessons, tailor instruction to individual learners, and collaborate with a passionate team.

You’ll mentor students and support social-emotional growth while partnering with families to ensure student success. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree; teaching credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to teach Spanish course, levels 1-5, following content standards — curriculum and resources provided.
• Experience working with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.
• Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
• Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.
• Skilled with technology, curious about innovation, and open to learning new tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
