Job summary

Fusion Academy seeks a Spanish Teacher to deliver truly personalized, one-on-one instruction for grades 5–12. You’ll tailor lessons and assessments to each learner, mentor students, and partner with families to support social-emotional growth.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree or credential a plus) and are comfortable with technology. The role emphasizes collaboration with staff and ongoing professional development in a dynamic campus culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or teaching credential is a plus.
• Ability to teach Spanish across levels 1–5 with provided curriculum and resources.
• Experience with diverse learners including those with learning differences and mental health needs.
• Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
• Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a student-centered environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Growth mindset with flexibility to pivot and problem-solve as needed.
