Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks a dedicated Pilates Instructor to support members with personalized 1:1 and small-group sessions, using principles of Pilates to empower clients and promote a positive, engaging studio experience.

The role requires comprehensive Pilates certification, training in all major apparatus, and CPR/AED certification, with a track record of client development and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Comprehensively certified Pilates instructor.
• Trained and certified in Reformer, Mat, Tower/Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels.
• Certified in Beginner to Intermediate Pilates repertoire.
• 1 year of Pilates training experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Experienced in progressing the Pilates method through program design.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• CPR and AED certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customization in Private (1:1) and Semi Private (3-6 participants) sessions.
• Integrate Pilates apparatus into session programming for effective sessions.
• Build and maintain a strong clientele through excellent service and results-driven instruction.
• Utilize the Pilates method to create positive changes in clients’ lives.
• Complete administrative requirements for client programming and documentation.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization of the studio.
• Stay current on certifications, credentials, continuing or advanced education, and industry trends.
• Create an empowering and motivating environment for all clients.
