Job summary

Staples is seeking a Personalization Specialist to operate personalization equipment in a fast-paced fulfillment center. You will execute customer orders through embroidery, laser engraving, and imprinting, ensuring accuracy and quality.

You will read work orders, verify specs, set up equipment, monitor output, and inspect finished products for spelling, placement, and engraving quality. A strong eye for detail and the ability to stay organized are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate personalization equipment safely and efficiently, including embroidery machines and laser engraving equipment.
• Read and follow written work orders, production instructions, and customer specifications.
• Accurately match names, logos, artwork, and personalization details to orders.
• Monitor production output and perform quality inspections to ensure standards are met.
• Identify and escalate quality issues or production delays to supervision.
• Maintain organized workstations and support daily productivity goals.
