This seasonal position offers 20–40 hours weekly, with a $15 hourly rate, potential for permanent placement, and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Operate laser engravers and glove prep machines safely and accurately.
• Inspect products before and after personalization to ensure quality standards are met.
• Demonstrate a detail-oriented mindset with a passion for quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Complete glove prep, engraving, grip installation, and other add-on services with a quality first approach.
• Operate laser engravers, glove prep machines, and other personalization equipment safely and accurately
• Inspect products before and after personalization to ensure quality standards are met
• Identify and correct errors before orders move to packing and shipping
• Meet on-time shipping commitment while maintaining consistent workmanship
• Prepare, clean, and maintain equipment and workstations
• Organize incoming orders and prioritize work based on shipping deadlines
• Communicate equipment issues, product defects, and order concerns to the supervisor
• Support team goals by assisting coworkers and helping maintain an efficient workflow
• You must have a detail-oriented mindset with a passion for quality and craftsmanship
• Other duties as reasonably assigned
