New Horizon Designs is seeking an Experienced Embroidery Specialist to join our in-person team in Vermont/Essex Junction. You will operate industrial embroidery machines, measure fabrics, select threads, and ensure stitches meet strict quality standards while maintaining safety protocols.

The ideal candidate demonstrates precision, excellent manual dexterity, and the ability to interpret design specifications to deliver durable, visually appealing embroidery work for a variety of fabric

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating embroidery machines, sewing machines, and other industrial sewing equipment.
• Knowledge of quality standards in production.
• Familiarity with safety standards in production environments to ensure a safe working space for all team members.
• Experience with warehouse operations or manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Ability to interpret design specifications accurately and execute detailed embroidery work accordingly.
• Excellent manual dexterity combined with attention to detail to produce consistent, high-quality embroidery results.
