Pro Athlete is seeking a Personalization Tech for our Kansas City fulfillment center. This seasonal role focuses on glove prep, engraving, and operating personalization equipment to ensure accurate, high‑quality customized products for customers.

You will inspect items before and after personalization, fix issues before packing, and help maintain a smooth workflow to meet shipping deadlines. The position offers part‑time hours and potential for permanent placement.

Responsibilities

• Complete glove prep, engraving, grip installation, and other add‑on services with a quality first approach.
• Operate laser engravers, glove prep machines, and other personalization equipment safely and accurately.
• Inspect products before and after personalization to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and correct errors before orders move to packing and shipping.
• Meet on‑time shipping commitment while maintaining consistent workmanship.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain equipment and workstations.
• Organize incoming orders and prioritize work based on shipping deadlines.
• Communicate equipment issues, product defects, and order concerns to the supervisor.
• Support team goals by assisting coworkers and helping maintain an efficient workflow.
• You must have a detail‑oriented mindset with a passion for quality and craftsmanship.
• Other duties as reasonably assigned
