Job summary

MOBILE AIRPORT CLUB LLC is seeking a Club4Fitness PT Manager to recruit, onboard, and mentor personal trainers, ensuring they meet performance expectations and monthly production levels. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and proficiency in Trainerize.

You will train staff on onboarding, coaching, and sales strategies, while coordinating with the Personal Training Director to optimize club performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with experience training private clients.
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• Ability to pass a strength and conditioning assessment.
• Detail- and results-oriented with strong professionalism, organizational skills, and multitasking ability.
• Positive, motivating interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding activities for new trainers and mentor them or delegate to the Assistant PT Manager.
• Schedule trainings to ensure trainers know the POS systems used at CLUB4 facilities.
• Coach trainers on client consultations and shadow peers to evaluate proficiency.
• Lead staff with understanding of training policies and cancellation/freeze policies.
• Conduct session quality reviews and assign clients to trainers.
• Support the PT Director in engaging new member clients with sales strategies.
• Perform consults as directed by the PT Director (monthly minimums).
• Monitor KPIs and metrics to support sales growth and trainer development.
• Promote client retention with coaching and education across CLUB4 PT teams.
