Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team member experience with a positive and motivating approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Certification within 120 days in ACSM/ACE/NASM or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leader: Engage with members daily and convert leads to new clients.
• Customer Service Concierge: Assist clients with bookings and billing.
• Team Builder: Foster collaboration and develop trainer trust.
• Assign trainers to clients and ensure a smooth, results-driven experience.
