You will motivate, train, and coach staff while creating a welcoming environment that helps members train, stay, and thrive.

This role emphasizes people, purpose, and performance beyond simple numbers, with uncapped commission and ongoing leadership development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-energy team of membership advisors to exceed sales targets.
• Develop and execute monthly strategies to meet personal training sales and revenue goals.
• Own the sales process from prospecting to closing with existing members.
• Build relationships with prospective and current members to understand goals and drive results.
• Track KPIs, conversion rates, and retention to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, membership sales, and front-desk teams to enhance the customer journey.
• Promote the brand at events and via digital outreach.
