Anytime Fitness - Monticello, IN is seeking a Personal Training Manager to lead a team of personal trainers, design personalized programs, and drive client progress. You will oversee onboarding, sales activities, and referrals while collaborating with the General Manager to create a thriving club culture.

The ideal candidate brings a recognized PT certification, 1-2 years of sales experience, and a passion for coaching and leadership demonstrated by strong communication and results orientation.

Qualifications

• Certified personal trainer with ability to motivate clients.
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Passion for coaching and leadership.
• Strong understanding of fitness, physiology and nutrition.
• Energetic, results-driven with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Motivate – Manage a team of personal trainers, guiding them to deliver top-tier fitness coaching while fostering a supportive, goal-driven culture.
• Train & Transform – Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized training programs to help clients reach their goals.
• Inspire Growth – Monitor client progress and keep them motivated and engaged throughout their journey.
• Drive Results – Manage new member onboarding, sales, renewals, and referrals, helping expand our community.
• Collaborate & Innovate – Work closely with the General Manager to create a dynamic, successful club environment.
