Job summary

Workout Anytime is hiring a Personal Training Sales Leader to grow our Personal Training department through consultative sales and leadership. This role suits a motivated trainer who thrives in a goal-driven environment and enjoys building relationships to transform members' lives.

You will conduct Success Sessions, sell programs, manage your client base, generate leads, and support department operations with coaching and development. It offers commission-based earnings and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited Personal Training certification preferred.
• Personal Training and/or fitness sales experience preferred.
• Confident communicator with a passion for sales and helping people.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complimentary Success Sessions with members.
• Recommend and sell Personal Training programs based on goals.
• Build and manage your own training client base.
• Generate leads through member engagement and referrals.
• Support the Fitness Director with department operations and trainer development.
• Deliver an outstanding member experience that drives retention and revenue.
