Compensation: $60,000–$95,000+ per year

Base Salary + Performance-Based Commission

Full-Time | York, PA

Schedule

This position is designed around the peak hours when our members and sales opportunities are highest:

• Monday–Thursday: 9AM–1PM & 4PM–8PM


• Friday: 9AM–5PM


• Saturday: 9AM–1PM

Job Description

• Lead Personal Training sales and revenue growth for your location


• Meet with members, uncover their goals and challenges, and recommend the right training solution


• Conduct fitness assessments and consultations


• Confidently close Personal Training agreements


• Build a consistent pipeline of new and existing member opportunities


• Develop strong relationships with clients, trainers, and gym leadership


• Represent our culture, standards, and core values

Performance Expectations

• Produce a minimum of $15,000 in Personal Training sales per pay period


• Consistently achieve appointment-setting, show, and closing KPIs


• Maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline


• Drive positive revenue growth at your location


• Provide an exceptional client experience that supports retention and referrals


• Consistently execute company sales, follow-up, and client onboarding processes


• Take ownership of your numbers and create an action plan when performance is below goal

Requirements

• Current Personal Training Certification


• Current CPR/AED Certification


• Sales experience strongly preferred

• Ability to work the required schedule


• Ability to demonstrate exercises and safely support clients when necessary
