Job summary

Club4Fitness in Shreveport is seeking a PT Manager responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring personal trainers to meet the club’s performance expectations and monthly production targets.

The role leads trainer scheduling, coaching on client consultations, ensuring adherence to policies, and supporting sales strategies to grow membership and retention. Flexibility for events and openings; CPR/AED certified and recognized credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Experienced Certified Personal Trainer with experience training private clients.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding plan for new trainers covering first 30 days.
• Schedule trainings to ensure staff develop knowledge of POS systems used in clinics.
• Coach trainers on effective client consultations and prospecting activities.
