The incumbent will supervise onboarding programs, coordinate trainings on POS systems, and support sales strategies under the Personal Training Director.

Qualifikationen

• Certified personal trainer with experience training private clients.
• Strong interpersonal communication and professionalism.
• CPR/AED certification and a current fitness certification from approved programs.

Aufgaben

• Onboard and mentor new personal trainers, ensuring 30-day ramp plan is followed.
• Schedule trainings to build knowledge of POS systems and client consultations.
• Coach trainers on conducting effective client consultations and prospecting.
• Lead by example in policy training and adherence to PT policies.
