Plano Legacy Club 24 LLC is seeking a Club4Fitness PT Manager to recruit, onboard, and mentor personal trainers while upholding Club4Fitness policies. You will drive monthly production and coach staff to deliver quality client consultations.

Reporting to the Personal Training Director, you will schedule onboarding, supervise trainer performance, and support new member sales strategies across CLUB4 facilities. Flexibility for early mornings and weekends is required.

Formación

• Certified personal trainer with experience training private clients.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Motivational and energetic with ability to inspire.
• Ability to multitask and manage schedules.
• Strong presence on social media.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new trainers with a structured 30‑day plan.
• Schedule trainings to develop knowledge of POS systems.
• Coach trainers on effective client consultations.
• Lead by example on policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular session quality reviews of staff.
• Assign clients to trainers and support new member sales strategies.
• Collaborate with PT Director on game plans for CLUB4 locations.
• Assist with interviews and audits as needed.
