Planet Fitness is seeking a dynamic Personal Training Manager (PTM) to lead a team of Personal Trainers at a Texas club. You will oversee the personal training program, drive revenue, and ensure an exceptional member experience while supporting trainers in achieving goals.

This full-time, exempt role reports to the General Manager and requires CPR/AED certification and a current PT certification. You will manage operations, coaching, and program development to uphold Planet Fitness standards.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Active Personal Training Certification (NCCA-accredited) or Bachelor’s degree in exercise science or kinesiology.
• CPR/AED certification required; uncertified team players can complete within first 30 days.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal training, group fitness, or fitness leadership; previous management is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead the Personal Trainers at the assigned location, planning and implementing strategies to attract and retain members.
• Oversee execution of personal training programs and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain an active personal training schedule to drive revenue and lead by example.
• Hire, onboard, train, and develop new PTs; partner with GM on performance coaching.
• Manage trainer schedules to align with member demand and club needs.
• Monitor key performance metrics and ensure compliance with policies.
