Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Personal Training Manager to lead a high-performance PT team, drive client acquisition and retention, and ensure top service quality. You will oversee PT services, kickoff experiences, and certification compliance while collaborating with club leadership to achieve business goals.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and maintaining accurate data to inform decisions in a fast-growing franchise across Texas.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a personal trainer
• Experience executing plans and managing KPIs
• Experience managing and leading a team of 3-10 employees
• Solid understanding of fitness industry, market and key business drivers
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Certification requirements listed in the ad

Responsabilités

• Hire, train, and manage performance of a team of Personal Trainers and Personal Training Sales Consultants
• Assist in the development and fitness expertise of all Crunch team members
• Meet new client acquisition and existing client retention targets for the club
• Coach and guide direct reports on how to engage, prescribe, acquire, and retain clients
• Conduct 1:1 meetings to review performance and motivate
• Administer CRM-driven kickoff experiences and ensure PT services are accurately administered
• Maintain reporting and data for department performance
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to member inquiries within 24 hours
