Planet Fitness - Excel Fitness is seeking a Personal Training Manager (PTM) to lead and manage a team of Personal Trainers at the Plano club. The PTM will oversee the personal training program, ensure high-quality client experience, and grow personal training revenue while maintaining a personal client load.

The role blends leadership with hands-on training, requiring strong coaching, scheduling, and adherence to PF policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Active Personal Training Certification (NCCA-accredited) or Bachelor’s in exercise science/kinesiology.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Personal Trainers at the location and drive revenue.
• Oversee PT programs and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Manage trainer schedules, documentation, and progress tracking.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of PT staff.
• Monitor KPIs like PT revenue, class attendance, and member satisfaction.
