Crunch Fitness - Red Brick in New Bedford is seeking a Regional Personal Training Manager to lead personal training operations across multiple clubs. This role involves directly mentoring Personal Trainers and working closely with Club Managers to drive performance and revenue through effective coaching and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of management experience in a fitness environment, a passion for developing teams, and a strong understanding of sales strategies and financial performance.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years in management or leadership within a fitness environment.
• Experience in coaching trainers and driving personal training sales.
• Ability to analyze financial results and maximize profitability.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee recruitment and continuous development of Personal Trainers.
• Collaborate with Club Managers to align sales goals with gym operations.
