Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• CPR certification required.
• Nationally accredited PT certification or a related degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a squad of Personal Trainers.
• Drive PT revenue and performance targets.
• Convert leads into clients and deliver outstanding service.
• Keep clients engaged with results and relationship-building.
• Read reports, analyze data, and adjust programs.
• Oversee program design to ensure client growth.
• Collaborate with all departments to uphold the Crunch brand promise: No Judgments. Just Results.
