Job summary

Life Time seeks a Personal Training Manager to lead a team of Fitness Professionals and oversee Life Time Training revenue areas. You will hire, coach, and budget while ensuring staff follow the Core 3 Method and deliver top-tier member experiences.

You will drive program design, sales, and performance, with payroll oversight and regular leadership meetings. A commission-based structure and growth opportunities accompany full-time responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of personal training experience at Life Time.
• 2–3 years of sales and program design experience.
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Certified Personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Fitness Professionals to meet revenue and session goals.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and staff budgeting.
• Monitor payroll, expenses, and department supplies.
• Promote and sell personal training programs.
• Conduct weekly PT Department and Management meetings.
• Ensure adherence to Core 3 Method and safety standards.
