Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Personal Training Leader in California to guide a team of fitness professionals through their careers within Life Time Training. You will supervise revenue departments and manage 15–50 fitness professionals, driving key initiatives, hiring, and budget/P&L responsibilities.

You will ensure LT Method education across the team, maintaining service excellence and member satisfaction while contributing to business growth and a positive, supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of personal training experience at Life Time.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales and program design.
• 2 years of leadership or supervisory role within the fitness industry.
• Certified Personal Trainer; CPR and AED certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Personal Training team to deliver an exceptional member experience and achieve revenue goals.
• Develops and oversees safe, professional, and engaging personal training programs.
• Manages team performance, hiring, and onboarding processes.
• Handles administrative and operational responsibilities for the Personal Training department.
• Conducts personal training sessions to set an example and meet member needs.
• Leads team communication and departmental collaboration.
