Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fit Fusion, LLC in Reno, NV is seeking a Personal Training Manager to maximize participation and retention in our paid Personal Training Services. This salaried role requires a minimum of 45 hours per week and focuses on new client acquisition and existing client retention.

You will lead the front-end selling process, coach the delivery of personal training services, and own the client journey from inquiry to program completion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• 1-2 years as a Personal Trainer preferred.
• Prior management experience in retail/hospitality leading 3-10 employees is preferred.
• Consultative sales experience essential.
• Knowledge of Crunch programs (VFP, dotFit, ABC/Datatrak, Crunch U, Styku) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Sell directly—50% of the time/day and coach direct reports on selling.
• Manage schedules and direct resources as informed by KPI data.
• Own the Client Journey and ensure high-quality Personal Training services.
• Hire, train, and manage the performance of a team of Personal Trainers.
• Maintain KPI reports and communicate takeaways to the General Manager.
