Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Austin is seeking a Personal Training Manager to lead a high-performance team of certified Personal Trainers and Training Sales Consultants. You will hire, train, and coach staff to deliver exceptional results for members while driving club performance.

You will oversee client programming, progress tracking, supplements, and the CrunchOne kickoff experience, ensuring accurate administration and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a personal trainer required.
• Experience executing plans and managing KPIs required.
• Experience managing and leading a team of 3-10 employees preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Certified Personal Trainer (various certs accepted, ACSM/NASM/ACE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage performance of a team of Personal Trainers and Personal Training Sales Consultants.
• Develop fitness expertise of Crunch team members.
• Meet new client acquisition and existing client retention targets for the club.
• Coach and guide direct reports on how to engage, prescribe, acquire, and retain clients.
• Conduct 1:1 meetings to review performance and guide toward goals.
• Administer CrunchOne Kickoff experience and ensure proper client programming and progress tracking.
